All returned item (except defective or damaged items) must be in brand-new condition, with original tags and packaging.

- Defective or damaged item: You can apply for a full refund or an exchange of your purchased item, if it is defective or damaged. When requesting your refund or exchange, please be ready to provide our Customer Service with photographs, clearly showing the problem with the item and its courier number as soon as possible. If you believe your item was damaged during shipping, Customer Service will need photographs showing the damaged packaging as well as "Proof of Damage" documentation to process your exchanging or refund. - Overdue Orders: If an item does not arrive within the originally stated time frame, Customer Service will offer you the option of keeping or canceling the item(s) by sending an email to your registered email address. We are not responsible for return shipping fee nor when item lost during transit.
Once you contact our Customer Service and notify us on which account you prefer to receive your refund, your refund transaction will be processed within 1 business day. We can refund the money to your payment account.
Since different banks provide different transaction policies, you may be asked to cover any occurring service fees by your local bank.
